With his first choice as the GOP’s presidential nominee out of the race, Gov. Sam Brownback isn’t prepared to endorse another one among the remaining Republican candidates.
“Not particularly. I got involved in that early with somebody I knew well,” the Republican governor and 2008 GOP presidential aspirant said of Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who he endorsed last September.
Brownback answered a few questions Tuesday morning in the Topeka High School library where he conducted a Kansas sesquicentennial event, announcing the Top 12 Notable Kansas Events.
