JAAA taking proposals for services till March 1

Jayhawk Area Agency on Aging, Inc. is soliciting Request for Proposals from agencies and organizations in Douglas, Jefferson and Shawnee counties for the purpose of providing services for the elderly for the period of Oct. 1 to Sept. 30, 2013, in accordance with the Older Americans Act.

The agency will award contracts for nutrition services that include home-delivered meals and congregate meals. A proposal must be completed for each county where services are planned.

Request for Proposals are available at the JAAA office, 2910 SW Topeka Blvd., Topeka.

Technical assistance to complete the proposal will be provided upon request.
