Chester Donovan Skinner, 21, of Valley Falls, was killed shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday in a two-vehicle wreck on K-4 highway on the Oakland Expressway, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol online crash log.
Skinner was identified as the driver of a 1995 Saturn, which was traveling southbound on K-4 at 10:12 p.m. when it drifted into the opposing lane and struck a semitrailer head on, according to KHP records.
The driver of the semitrailer was Allen Paul Caselman, 51, of Wheeling, Mo. He had no injuries.
