Funeral arrangements for the 21-year-old Valley Falls man who died in a wreck Tuesday night will be held next weekend.
The public funeral for Chester Donovan Skinner will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. March 31 at the Jefferson Assembly of God church, 8640 Clark Road, in Meriden, said Gina Runnels, Skinner’s girlfriend of nine months.
Friends and family are trying to arrange a candlelight vigil Saturday or Sunday, Runnels, 19, said.
