I am really not seeing too much changing from the initial forecast to this point. It looks like we might see the surface temperature dropping a little quicker than the models were predicting, but I don’t think it will impact the snowfall totals for Jefferson County that much. Maybe an additional inch or so at the most.
I do think we will see some slick roads during the morning commute. Give yourself plenty of time in the morning and be safe. I will post any closings in Jefferson County that I hear of on the closings page. If you want a closing listed on this site, just use the contact form or email me.
