…THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM CDT FOR NORTHWESTERN RILEY…NORTHWESTERN POTTAWATOMIE…NORTHWESTERN NEMAHA AND MARSHALL COUNTIES… At 617 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warning area. Two to locally four inches of rain have fallen, and areas of flooding have been reported.
