…THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 AM CDT FOR NORTHERN RILEY…MORRIS…WABAUNSEE AND POTTAWATOMIE COUNTIES… At 458 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered showers and thunderstorms across much of the warned area. Rainfall amounts Monday night into early this morning of two to three inches have fallen in some areas.
