The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

* Tornado Watch for portions of 
  Extreme southeastern Alabama
  Central and Eastern Panhandle of Florida
  Coastal Waters

* Effective this Wednesday morning from 400 AM until 1100 AM EST.

* Primary threats include...
  A couple tornadoes possible
  Isolated damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible

SUMMARY...A line of strong-severe thunderstorms will progress
eastward from tornado watch 29 into and across this watch area.  The
convection will interact with a much slower-moving warm front along
or just inland from the coast, with tornado and damaging-gust
threats.

The tornado watch area is approximately along and 50 statute miles
north and south of a line from 50 miles northwest of Panama City FL
to 30 miles northeast of Apalachicola FL. For a complete depiction

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

REMEMBER...A Tornado Watch means conditions are favorable for
tornadoes and severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch
area. Persons in these areas should be on the lookout for
threatening weather conditions and listen for later statements
and possible warnings.

AVIATION...Tornadoes and a few severe thunderstorms with hail
surface and aloft to 1 inch. Extreme turbulence and surface wind
gusts to 60 knots. A few cumulonimbi with maximum tops to 450. Mean
