* TEMPERATURE…Lows Tuesday morning are expected to be in the
upper 20s or low 30s. A killing freeze is forecast for
Wednesday morning with readings expected to fall into the middle
20s and temperatures below freezing for as much as 8 hours.
* IMPACTS…The cold weather could kill sensitive outdoor
vegetation if left unprotected.Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should
be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have
in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-
