effect from 11 AM to 7 PM CST Monday.

* WIND…South-southwest, 20 TO 30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH this
afternoon. South wind 15 to 20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH on
Monday.
* HUMIDITY…15 to 25 percent this afternoon. 20 to 30 percent
Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS…any fires that develop will be very difficult to
control and will likely spread rapidly. Burn bans are likely
in effect so all outdoor burning should be postponed until
conditions improve.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, dry fuels, and warm
temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
