Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible Isolated large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible SUMMARY...Scattered fast-moving storms over Ohio will track eastward across northern West Virginia during the next few hours, posing some risk of hail and locally damaging wind gusts.
