URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Severe Thunderstorm Watch Number 516 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 455 PM EDT Wed Aug 3 2022 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of West-central to northeast Indiana Far northwest Ohio * Effective this Wednesday afternoon and evening from 455 PM until 900 PM EDT. * Primary threats include... Scattered damaging wind gusts to 65 mph possible SUMMARY...Extensive, but increasingly outflow-dominated QLCS should spread east before further weakening this evening. Strong to locally severe wind gusts will remain a threat until the line diminishes. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 35 statute miles east and west of a line from 45 miles northeast of Fort Wayne IN to 45 miles south southwest of Lafayette IN.
