URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Tornado Watch Number 59 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 155 AM CDT Tue Mar 22 2022 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Tornado Watch for portions of Far southern Arkansas Northwest Louisiana East Texas * Effective this Tuesday morning from 155 AM until 800 AM CDT. * Primary threats include... A couple tornadoes possible Isolated damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible SUMMARY...Slow-moving QLCS should shift east-northeast along the Arkansas-Louisiana border with some threat for a tornado and locally damaging winds. The southwest extent of the QLCS in east Texas should eventually accelerate towards the Sabine Valley towards daybreak with a tornado/wind threat. The tornado watch area is approximately along and 45 statute miles east and west of a line from 20 miles east southeast of Lufkin TX to 5 miles east northeast of El Dorado AR.
