NEW FACES
Bruce Graham was named executive vice president of the Kansas Electric Cooperatives earlier this year, succeeding Stuart Lowry. The KEC is headquartered in Topeka. Graham, who grew up in Manhattan and attended Kansas State University, had served as CEO of the Indiana Statewide Association of Rural Electric Cooperatives since 2006. He previously was the vice president of member services and external affairs at Kansas Electric Power Cooperative in Topeka.
