As far as Shawnee County is concerned, the off-road motorcycle event scheduled for this weekend in Tecumseh Township will proceed without interruption.
The allowance is partly because county departments can’t seem to agree on whether a single event will be allowed.
But mostly, it is because the only way to stop the event is with an injunction from the court, said Jonathan Brzon, assistant county counselor.
County counselor Rich Eckert said Thursday he didn’t plan to request an injunction.
