Perry Keagan thinks some people have the wrong idea about the off-road motorcycle course he wants to have in Tecumseh Township.
“It’s not a track, a club, a raceway or a park,” said Keagan, who has held four off-road motorcycle events on the Tecumseh property and is appealing the county commission for more. “It’s infrequent, motorized and nonmotorized events.”
