* WINDS…South winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph or
greater at times.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…Minimum values from 20 to 25 percent.
* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended. Winds from 20 to 25 mph
sustained with some gusts around 35 mph or possibly greater
will shift to the north in the late evening to overnight hours
as a cold front passes. These winds may last through much of the
