* WHAT…Snow will move west to east this morning. Total snow
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected for areas south of
Interstate 70. 2 to 4 inches of snow are forecast along and
north of Interstate 70.
* WHERE…Central, east central, north central and northeast
Kansas.
* WHEN…Until 10 AM CDT Today.
* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions, especially on
bridges and overpasses. The hazardous conditions will impact the
morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Temperatures are forecast to fall into
the upper 20s and lower 30s Tuesday morning. Tender vegetation
could be damaged if left unprotected.Motorists should remain alert to changing weather conditions, and
take precautions if travel is necessary.
