Shawnee County is looking to refinance more than $4 million in general obligation bonds from 2006 — a move that is expected to save more than $325,000 in interest costs.
County Commissioners Ted Ensley, Mary Thomas and Shelly Buhler will consider the refinancing resolution during their 9 a.m. meeting Thursday in the commission chambers, Room B-11 of the county courthouse, 200 S.E. 7th.
Bob Perry, the county’s bond counsel, will present the resolution.
