OSKALOOSA — “Embracing traditions and new beginnings” is this year’s theme for the 2012 Old Settlers’ Festival in Oskaloosa.
With that theme in mind, an old-time favorite — funnel cakes — is returning to the festival, and a live band — the first for the celebration — will take their place on the event roster.
The Old Settlers’ Festival will run Thursday through Saturday around the square in Oskaloosa.
