Eastbound and westbound K-4 highway will have lane closures from northbound US-24 highway to the Meriden city limits on Nov. 17-18.
Work crews will complete the overlay on K-4 highway during daylight hours, and will add the permanent striping to the completed sections. Drivers should expect 15-minute delays and should use alternate routes if possible.
The Kansas Department of Transportation stated in an earlier press release that the overall project work is scheduled to be completed in late November this year.
