Saddle club ropes singer
VALLEY FALLS — R.W. Hampton, an inductee for the Western Music Association Hall of Fame, will perform a fundraising concert at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Valley Falley Saddle Club arena, which is located five miles west of Valley Falls on K-16 highway at King Road. Admission is $15 with proceeds going to continued improvements to the arena, promotion of good horsemanship and education of new riders. Also performing will be Stan Tichenor and Erin Thomas. A smoked meat dinner will be served for $8 starting at 5 p.m. for early arrivals.
