Three people were injured Wednesday when a helicopter crashed east of a ball park in Valley Falls, the Kansas Highway Patrol said.
The patrol was called at 9:50 a.m. after a privately owned helicopter crashed in the Jefferson County town.
Three people were transported to area hospitals with minor injuries, the patrol said.
Troopers are still at the scene.
