Bruce Hanson, the Democratic candidate for 47th District House, says a proposal to turn state lottery money into small business loans would give Kansas an immediate economic boost.
Hanson is running against Republican incumbent Ramon Gonzalez for the right to represent a district that includes most of Jefferson County and a portion of Shawnee County that includes Topeka’s northeast edge.
