A truck crashes into a home near Pawnee and Seneca late Thursday.
The homeowner in the 2000 block of S. Seneca called 911 about 11:30 Thursday night saying someone broke into the home. The accused burglar left and drove around the block.
Sedgwick County Deputies in the area spotted the truck and tried to stop the driver. He refused. Then drove into the front door and into the living room of the house he’s accused of burglarizing.
No one inside was hurt.
Police arrested the man for aggravated assault, DUI, and evade and elude.
A deputy says the home should be okay.
