At 1242 hours this date, Jefferson County Dispatch received a call of a one vehicle roll over accident, Northeast of Oskaloosa.
Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, along with The Kansas Highway Patrol, The Oskaloosa Fire Department, and The Jefferson County Emergency Medical Services responded.
David K. McHenry of McLouth, was driving a 2003 Ford F350 East bound on Fairview Road, when he lost control of the vehicle and overturned several times. McHenry was transported by Life Flight Air Ambulance to KU Medical Center in serious condition.
A passenger; Todd Scott Erickson of rural Valley Falls was pronounced at the scene.
The accident is under investigation.
