Fire damages Cargill plant in western Kansas – Wichita Business Journal

A fire broke out Monday night at the Cargill meat packing plant just outside Dodge City in southwest Kansas.

KAKE News reports the fire at the large complex was still burning after three hours. No one was injured.

It’s not yet clear how the incident will impact production at the plant, which employs about 2,700 people.
