A fire damaged a Kansas City, Kan., home early Tuesday morning.
Firefighters said a passer-by noticed the fire in the 11200 block of Leavenworth Road about 3:30 a.m. and called it in.
Fire crews said flames were showing from the home when they arrived.
Authorities said it was not clear whether anyone lived in the house.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
