After a three-year absence, fireworks will return over Perry Lake northeast of Topeka.
The inaugural Jeff Fest from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Saturday at the lake’s dam area will include a 30-minute pyrotechnics display at 10 p.m. Admission will be free, but a $10 donation is requested for parking on the south side of the lake off Dam Road at the volunteer-, business- and sponsor-funded event.
