The cause of a blaze that destroyed a garage early Sunday morning in a residential neighborhood on South Oak Street remained undetermined Monday afternoon, Ottawa Fire Department officials said.
The fire caused an estimated $6,200 damage to a detached garage and a vehicle parked next to it, Jeff Carner, Ottawa Fire Chief, said.
No one was injured in the blaze, which broke out about 1:43 a.m. at 810 S. Oak St., according to a fire department report.
