Officials have identified the man arrested in a high-speed chase Monday that led police through the Oakland neighborhood of Topeka.
The Kansas Highway Patrol in a news release said Joshua Hance, 28, has been booked in the Jefferson County Jail. It isn’t clear where he is from.
The release said charges are still being determined, and officials at the scene where the chase ended Monday said they expected serious felony charges to be filed.
