The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man who died in a fiery one-vehicle accident this past Sunday in rural Ozawkie.
Identified by dental records, authorities said the burn victim was Brian W. Corum, 44, of Ozawkie.
Sheriffs officials were dispatched at 3:20 a.m. Sunday to a report of a vehicle fully engulfed in flames at the intersection of Quail Hill Road and Valley View Road in the Lake Shore Estates Improvement District.
The investigation at the scene determined that the fire was a result of a one-vehicle wreck.
