It’s time to lace up the skates and embrace winter. The City of Manhattan’s Ice Rink in City Park is open now through Friday, February 28, 2014.
Admission is $3 per person, and skate rental is available for $3 per person.
The rink is open 3 to 7 p.m. weekdays and 1 to 7 p.m. on weekends. However, due to Manhattan USD 383 schools not being in session, the ice rink will open at 1 p.m. on the following days: November 27 and 29; December 24 and 26-31, and January 2-4. The ice rink is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
A free skate day will be offered from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, January 20 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day).
