* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE…Jefferson, Shawnee, Lyon and Osage Counties.
* WHEN…Until 11 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills could result in frostbite and
even hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
