Public officials, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, law enforcement officers and more turned out for the open house at the Wolak Emergency Services Building on Saturday. The open house celebrated the completion of renovation on the formerly empty building, which now houses the city and rural fire departments and the Northwest Kansas Emergency Medical Service.
