On Thursday, August 29th, the Stockton Fire Department was paged to a mutual aid fire call at 6 Road on Highway 24. Fire destroyed several evergreen trees in a windbreak and a small amount of grass in the grader ditch. The fire was quickly contained by both the Logan and Stockton Fire Departments. The land is believed to be owned by Bryant and Danielle Muir.
