Fire consumed a vehicle this past Friday afternoon as a pick-up, being driven by 18 year old Nick Wassinger of Hanston, caught fire while in a field three miles north of Jetmore. Jetmore fire crews and emergency services were called to the scene to extinguish the flames that completely destroyed the vehicle. Wassinger suffered superficial burns to his face and arms and was treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel.
