Members of the Sterling Fire Department, Tim Hendricks, Troy Kelley and Ryan Ochs check for embers after extinguishing a fire that started in the back of a Stutzman Refuse truck Wednesday morning at the corner of 3rd and Monroe. The trash was taken to the lagoon area to ensure the smoldering trash did not reignite and was then transported to the landfill.
