Parsons firefighters Ryan Schibi and Daniel Russell carry “Rescue Randy”, a training prop, out of a “burning” home in the 2100 block of Grand Avenue as the fire department rained at the condemned home on Wednesday morning. Firefighters used theater smoke to simulate a smoke-filled house.
