a line extending from Auburn to 4 miles northwest of Osage City to 4
miles south of Americus. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Southern Topeka, Emporia, Osage City, Carbondale, Eskridge, Richland,
Auburn, Overbrook, Lyndon, Lebo, Burlingame, Americus, Scranton,
Neosho Rapids, Harveyville, Reading, Allen, Admire, Olivet and
Bushong.
This includes the following highways…
Interstate 35 between mile markers 128 and 153.
Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 122 and 174.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

effect until 200 AM CDT for east central Kansas.
