* WHAT…Mix of rain and snow expected. Total snow accumulations
of 1 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts possible along and
southeast of a line from Council Grove to Topeka. Winds gusting
as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE…Portions of east central and northeast Kansas.
* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 9 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Gusty winds could lead to blowing snow and
reduced visibility.
