...NO SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AREAS FORECAST...

...SUMMARY...
The potential for severe weather is expected to remain low across
the continental United States Monday and Monday night.

...DISCUSSION...
An upper-level low will move across the Great Lakes region on
Monday. An associated cold front is forecast to advance eastward
across the Northeast. Thunderstorm development will be possible
during the day ahead of the front in parts of New England. Isolated
thunderstorms may also develop in parts of southern and central
Florida, where a moist airmass will be in place. Further west, a
conditional potential for thunderstorm development will likely exist
in parts of the southern High Plains. Isolated lightning strikes
could also occur in parts of the Pacific Northwest, mainly along the
coast. No severe threat is expected across the continental United
States Monday or Monday night.
