The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a
* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of
Texas Big Country
* Effective this Tuesday evening from 655 PM until 1100 PM CDT.
* Primary threats include...
Isolated very large hail events to 2.5 inches in diameter
possible
A tornado or two possible
SUMMARY...A lone supercell should intensify and pose a threat for
large hail and a tornado or two this evening.
The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 60
statute miles north and south of a line from 55 miles west of
Abilene TX to 30 miles east of Abilene TX. For a complete depiction
