The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a
* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of
Northeast New Mexico
Oklahoma Panhandle
Northwest Texas Panhandle
* Effective this Sunday night and Monday morning from 925 PM
until 500 AM CDT.
* Primary threats include...
Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2
inches in diameter likely
Isolated damaging wind gusts to 65 mph possible
SUMMARY...Isolated supercell thunderstorms may persist for several
more hours along and just south of the Raton Ridge, posing a risk of
large hail and gusty winds.
The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 30
statute miles north and south of a line from 35 miles west southwest
of Raton NM to 40 miles east southeast of Guymon OK. For a complete
