Scattered damaging wind gusts to 60 mph possible Isolated large hail events to 1 inch in diameter possible A tornado or two possible SUMMARY...The potential will exist for isolated severe storms through early/mid-evening as ongoing late-afternoon activity across far eastern New York/Vermont spreads eastward.
