URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Severe Thunderstorm Watch Number 575 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 815 PM CDT Sun Jul 30 2023 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of Southeast Kansas West-central to southwest Missouri * Effective this Sunday night and Monday morning from 815 PM until 100 AM CDT. * Primary threats include... Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible SUMMARY...Multicell clusters will spread south-southeast as a small MCS near the Kansas-Missouri border area with damaging winds as the main hazard. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 65 statute miles east and west of a line from 100 miles north of Joplin MO to 35 miles east southeast of Monett MO.
