Scattered damaging wind gusts to 65 mph possible Scattered large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible SUMMARY...Scattered thunderstorms are forecast to intensify this afternoon with the stronger storms being capable of large hail and damaging gusts. This activity will gradually move from west to east across the watch area through the afternoon into the early evening. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 70 statute miles east and west of a line from 30 miles northwest of Caribou ME to 10 miles southeast of Portsmouth NH.
