URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Tornado Watch Number 125 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 840 AM EDT Wed Apr 5 2023 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Tornado Watch for portions of Northern Indiana Lower Michigan Northwest Ohio Lake Erie Lake Huron Lake Michigan * Effective this Wednesday morning and afternoon from 840 AM until 400 PM EDT. * Primary threats include... A couple tornadoes possible Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely Isolated large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible SUMMARY...Scattered to numerous thunderstorms will develop and spread across the watch area from west to east. Damaging thunderstorm gusts and a couple of tornadoes will be the primary severe hazards with the more intense thunderstorms. The tornado watch area is approximately along and 80 statute miles east and west of a line from 25 miles northeast of Saginaw MI to 55 miles southwest of Fort Wayne IN.
