URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Tornado Watch Number 14 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 1020 AM CST Wed Jan 4 2023 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Tornado Watch for portions of Southeast North Carolina Northeast South Carolina Coastal Waters * Effective this Wednesday morning and afternoon from 1020 AM until 400 PM CST. * Primary threats include... A couple tornadoes possible Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible SUMMARY...A line of thunderstorms capable of locally damaging wind gusts and a few brief tornadoes will track eastward across the watch area this afternoon. The tornado watch area is approximately along and 65 statute miles north and south of a line from 35 miles west southwest of Florence SC to 15 miles south southeast of Wilmington NC.
