URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Tornado Watch Number 337 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 930 PM CDT Sun Jun 18 2023 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Tornado Watch for portions of Western Alabama Far southeast Mississippi Far southern Middle Tennessee * Effective this Sunday night and Monday morning from 930 PM until 200 AM CDT. * Primary threats include... A couple tornadoes possible Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible Isolated large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible SUMMARY...Regenerative supercell clusters over central and eastern Mississippi should slowly spread east into western Alabama tonight, with a separate cluster over southwest Tennessee likely moving into far southern Middle Tennessee. The tornado watch area is approximately along and 35 statute miles east and west of a line from 35 miles north of Muscle Shoals AL to 120 miles south southwest of Tuscaloosa AL.
